Washington sets a maximum fee of $15 per notarized signature. A "notarial act" is one signature on one document.

• Example 1: 2 documents × 2 signers each = 4 notarial acts = $60

• Example 2: 5 documents × 2 signers each = 10 notarial acts = $150

Travel/Convenience fees are not regulated.  As independent mobile notaries, we set these based on travel distance and/or time.
